Days Overdue = Max(0, Payment Date - Due Date)
Daily Rate = (Monthly Interest Rate / 100) / 30
Late Fee = Original Invoice Amount × Daily Rate × Days Overdue For a percentage-based interest policy, interest accumulates daily based on the number of calendar days past the due date. The daily interest rate is calculated by dividing your stated monthly rate by 30.
